Express Shipping: For those who prefer faster delivery, orders arrive within 7–15 business days.


2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Use it to check the current status of your shipment on the courier’s website. All shipping options include tracking.

4. Delivery Timeframes

We strive to deliver orders on time; however, delivery times may vary depending on the warehouse location and transportation conditions. Please allow for minor delays, especially during holiday seasons.


5. Delivery Carriers

Orders are shipped through FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

In the event of delays or other issues caused by the shipping carrier, responsibility lies with the carrier. While we are not directly responsible for delivery delays, we will do our best to assist you in resolving such issues.


6. Delivery Issues

Lost Package: If your package is marked as “lost,” you may request a refund. If the package arrives later, you may keep it without returning it.

Damaged Items: If an item in your order arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.

Delivery Delay: If your order is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, you may request a refund. If the item arrives later, no return will be required.


7. Exceptions
